Bill Melton, The Redleaf Group

Mr. Melton is the Founder of GIV Venture Partners and Chairman and Co-Founder of Global Internet Ventures. For more than 25 years, Mr. Melton has been an entrepreneur building global technology companies. Prior to founding GIV, Mr. Melton was a founder, CEO and Chairman of Cybercash, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYCH), a pioneer in e-commerce transaction systems. In 1991, Mr. Melton was a founding investor in Transaction Network Systems (NASDAQ: TNSI), a nationwide network dedicated to efficient transportation of financial transactions. Mr. Melton was the initial seed investor in TNSI and remained a member of the Board of Directors until it was sold to PSINet in 1999 for approximately $750 million. Mr. Melton was the original founder of VeriFone, Inc., the transaction automation company that has made credit authorization terminals ubiquitous on retail merchant counters throughout the world. VeriFone was sold to Hewlett Packard in 1998. Mr. Melton was also an early investor in America Online (AOL) and until recently served on its Board of Directors. Mr. Melton currently serves on the Boards of Directors of several privately held technology companies. Mr. Melton holds a Master's degree in Asian Studies and Chinese philosophy.

John Kohler, Founding Partner, The Redleaf Group

John brings over 30 years of technology industry and business experience to Redleaf. He has been heavily involved in technology product formation and has been concentrating on Internet and Life Science startups since 1994. John's background includes twenty years of executive level positions in sales operations, product division general management and worldwide customer support at technology corporations including Hewlett Packard, Silicon Graphics and Convergent Technologies/Unisys. He was one of the founding executives at Netscape Communications and original founder of Redleaf Group. John is currently on the board of Redleaf Group, chairman of the board at Entrieva, and serves as board member and CEO of Lumicyte. He previously led investments at AdRelevance (JMXI), Mosaic Communications (TWX), NetGravity (DCLK), RedCreek Communications (SNWL), and Wireless Online. John is a managing member of the UCLA Venture Capital Fund and serves on the UCLA Sciences Board of Visitors. He has also served on the Advisory Board for the International Institute of Multimedia (IIM) at Leonard di Vinci University in Paris. John received his bachelor's degree from UCLA and completed executive programs at Wharton and Stanford business schools. He has served on advisory committees to the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Council on Foreign Relations. He is also a nationally accredited soccer coach, an avid skier, sailor, and a member of the Santa Cruz Yacht Club.

Gretchen Knoell - Lakestreet Capital

Ms. Knoell is a Partner with Lake Street Capital. Prior to co-founding Lake Street Capital in 2003, Ms. Knoell spent 18 years primarily in Investment Banking and Corporate Development focused in the Communication Services, Software and Equipment sectors and the Healthcare IT sectors. During this period, Ms. Knoell served as Vice President of Business Development at Digital Island Corporation, Senior Managing Director of Corporate Finance co-heading the West Coast Technology Group at Bear, Stearns, & Co. Inc. as well as Head of Corporate Finance at Punk, Ziegel & Knoell, a specialty investment bank committed to emerging growth companies which she co-founded in 1990. During her career as a banker, Ms. Knoell led the successful completion of billions of dollars of IPOs and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Knoell started her investment banking career in 1985 with Needham & Company. Prior to attending business school, Ms. Knoell was an engineer with Exxon Corporation. Ms. Knoell received her M.B.A. from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. Ms. Knoell currently serves Cornell University as a Council Member of the Engineering College Advisory Council and as a member of the President's Council of Cornell Women. Ms. Knoell serves on the Board of Directors of Nufern, Inc., Entrieva, Inc., Silicon Genesis Corporation and Sequence Design, Inc. which are LSC portfolio companies and she is a former board member for Frictionless Commerce, Inc. which was acquired by SAP.

Ajay Sravanapudi - Founder, President & CEO

Mr. Sravanapudi is a technology visionary and interactive media veteran with a deep understanding of the display ad industry. As the business and technology driving force behind Entrieva's patented ClickSense™ Network platform, Ajay has spent the last three years transforming the company from its roots in enterprise software to a leading player in online advertising. While solving various targeting challenges that faced marketers and publishers, Ajay pioneered the creation of the new "value tier" of interactive inventory that is now leveraged by the industry to lift online revenue and increase return on ad spend while providing a whole new level of brand safety, quality control and impression level transparency. Ajay was the founding CTO of Entrieva and held that role until February 2007. Previously, he was the Vice President of Product Architecture at Versatility where he led the development of large scale call centers and enterprise CRM software. Ajay has held high-level technology positions at American Management Systems and OMC Computers Ltd. He received a M.S. in Information Management from Penn State University in 1990 and a B.S. from IIT Madras in 1987.
